Sunday book recco - if you are struggling to find the kindness in humans right now and let’s face it, I think a lot of us are, if you are disappointed with what you read daily in the media, this is the book for you.
In a world where we normalise hate, imagine the worst in people, believe that humans are cruel and wont help each other out, the author goes back through history to challenge stories that we thought we knew and brings new learnings, facts and insights to some of our famous events in history.
We understand that are genes are not selfish, that in fact we are born kind and that it is not a weakness but a strength. This books reminded me that we can be much more human than we are right now and I would urge you to try ❤️
