She owns JD & Co and JD Ventures. JD & Co is a founder advisory and executive search firm working with ambitious consumer, health, wellness, longevity, lifestyle and high-growth brands. Through JD & Co, Jo has helped place over a thousand leaders into boards and leadership teams, advising founders, CEOs and investors on the people, board and leadership structures that support scale.
JD Ventures is Jo's investment platform, with a portfolio including SIGN, the preloved designer resale platform, and Medeau, a health-optimised fragrance brand. Jo also invests personally as an angel, with investments in scaling brands including Heights, WONE and Monk.
